- On trustee portal menu, expand Pension Withdrawal menu item and click on the Trustee Approval sub-menu item.
- Click on View button on the record you want to approve.
- On the Approve tab, download the Exit Notification Form and Discharge Form for signing.
- If the forms are signed by both signatories, select the name of the second signatory and upload the forms in PDF format.
- Click on Submit button to submit the form to the Administrator/ Second signatory.
