How to submit monthly contribution schedules as sponsor/HR

  1. On the sponsor portal menu, click on Submit Contributions menu item
  2. Download the Contributions Excel Template and populate it with members’ contribution records (take note of the mandatory fields marked in asterisk)
  3. Select the Financial Year, the Month the contribution is meant for, the Type of Contribution you are submitting, upload the filled excel template and click on the Next button
  4. Provide more details about the new members when prompted and click Next button
  5. Provide optional reasons for re-instating the members when prompted and click on the Next button
  6. Provide an optional reasons for exiting the members when prompted and click on the Next button
  7. Confirm the generated statistics are correct and click on the Submit button to submit the contribution schedule

Log in to Zamara Online Portal (crm.zamaragroup.com) to access your account.
