- On the sponsor portal menu, click on Submit Contributions menu item
- Download the Contributions Excel Template and populate it with members’ contribution records (take note of the mandatory fields marked in asterisk)
- Select the Financial Year, the Month the contribution is meant for, the Type of Contribution you are submitting, upload the filled excel template and click on the Next button
- Provide more details about the new members when prompted and click Next button
- Provide optional reasons for re-instating the members when prompted and click on the Next button
- Provide an optional reasons for exiting the members when prompted and click on the Next button
- Confirm the generated statistics are correct and click on the Submit button to submit the contribution schedule
