How to approve a withdrawal payment as sponsor/HR

  1. On sponsor portal menu, expand Pension Withdrawal menu item and click on the Sponsor Approval sub-menu item
  2. Click on View button on the withdrawal record you want on approve
  3. On the Approve tab, download the Exit Notification Form for signing
  4. Upload the signed Exit Notification Form in PDF format and click on the Submit button to submit the form and supporting documents of the member to the administrator for processing the claim
